1. The tour booking is subject to re-confirmation from us by email/call within 24 hours of making the request.
2. If you have chosen to pay at start of tour, then tour amount in full has to be paid in advance before start of the tour.
3. Final tour cost will be indicated in our confirmation mail, subject to your additions/alterations to the tour itinerary.
4. There is no cancellation charge for cancellation of tour 7 days before tour start date. Administration fee of 10% of the tour amount will be deducted for refunds.
5. If any cancellation is requested within 72 hours of start of the tour, 50% of tour cost will be recovered from the client.
6. Our liability is limited to providing alternate arrangements should a need arise for that.
7. All the tours are conducted on best effort basis, we as tour operators will not be responsible for any event that is beyond our control such as weather, and social or political event..
8. All disputes subject to New Delhi jurisdiction.
